Your Culinary Visionary
Patty Bulger is the Founder & Culinary Director of Fresh Every Thyme, a culinary venture born from her passion for cooking and her desire to create memorable dining experiences. Growing up in a large family, Patty's early life was marked by the challenges and joys of communal meals. Her father's gourmet cooking ignited her interest in the culinary arts, further fueled by her study of magazines such as "Cooking Light". This early exposure to diverse flavors and cooking techniques led her to explore a variety of cuisines and styles. In her 30s, she channeled this passion into forming a cooking club, laying the groundwork for what would eventually become Fresh Every Thyme.
Patty’s career initially flourished in the corporate world, where she excelled in training and development and project management roles. Despite her success, her love for cooking and coordinating family reunions inspired her to pursue a more fulfilling path in the culinary field. In 2015, she took a leap of faith by enrolling in culinary school to hone her skills. With newfound expertise and unwavering determination, Patty officially launched Fresh Every Thyme in 2016, turning her dream into a thriving reality.
In addition to her culinary achievements, Patty has been deeply involved in the rowing community since the age of 14. She rowed for many years, then served as a rowing coach for the Green Lake and Sammamish Rowing Associations for almost two decades, where she made significant contributions to the community. Her dedication and impact were recognized by the honor of having a rowing boat named after her.
Today, Patty is dedicated to bringing joy to her clients' tables and events with fresh, customizable menus and high-quality ingredients, continually exploring new ways to enhance their dining experience and the memories they create.
